Mr. Kneisler grew up and attended High School in the Santa Rosa area. He graduated from Texas A&M University, spent the next 20 years in the Army and retired as a Colonel. Mr. Kneisler graduated South Texas College of Law and now practices law exclusively in the areas of Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability.

Mr. Schondel was born and raised in San Diego. He graduated California State University Sacramento, and spent the next 8 years as a San Diego Police Officer. Mr. Schondel graduated Western State University College of Law and now practices law exclusively in the area of Workers' Compensation.

Mr. Hubbs received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and his law degree from Arizona State University. He received an L.L.M. (master's degree) in taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Mr. Hubbs has specialized in accident and injury cases during the 12 years he has been an attorney.

Mrs. Schissler was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. She attended and graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College, while raising two sons. In 1997, she graduated cum laude from Empire Law School, Santa Rosa, California. She practices civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury and employment law matters.

Steven H. Berniker is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and Hastings College of Law. As an attorney with over 15 years of experience in family law, workers’ compensation, civil litigation and social security. Mr. Berniker has served on the Board of Directors of the Rebis Institute, a non-profit organization for the assistance of disabled adults entering the workforce. He has volunteered as an attorney with the Disability Rights Defense Fund (DREDF) and the Community Alliance for Special Education (CASE), focusing on primarily on delivery of special education services to children in the public school system. Mr. Berniker is married and dotes on his three year old son, Ivan.
