Professional:

Grisel has been with Kneisler & Schondel since 2003.  As the Office Manager & Legal Assistant, she handles various tasks in the office such as case management, spending time with new and existing clients, specifically Spanish speaking clients and helps run the office. Her favorite thing about working for Kneisler & Schondel is her coworkers and the family-oriented atmosphere of the office. She graduated from Empire College with an Associate’s Degree in Legal Office Administration.

Personal:

Grisel was raised in Sonoma County and lives locally.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and her two furry dogs.  She loves being outdoors, hiking and reading.  Her favorite book is The Help and her favorite movies are Pride & Prejudice and The Princess Bride.  Her favorite quote is “Realize deeply that the present moment is all you ever have. Make the now the primary focus of your life.” One piece of advice she wished she received earlier in life was don’t sweat the small things.

 Joe Arcangelini

WC Paralegal / Case Manager

Professional:

Joe has been with Kneisler & Schondel since 1999 and has been specializing in Workers’ Compensation law since 1994.  As the office Paralegal and Hearing Representative, he helps clients understand the process and navigate the Workers’ Compensation system in which they’ve found themselves as injured workers. His favorite thing about working for Kneisler & Schondel is being able to help people access their benefits. Joe graduated from College of the Redwoods in 1991 with a certificate in Paralegal Studies.

Personal:

When he’s not working Joe likes listening to music, especially live music, reading, watching films, and going for long walks. When he can get away, Joe likes to hike in the High Sierra, especially Yosemite, and hang out at the beach.

 Teresa Alvarado

Professional:

Teresa has been with Kneisler & Schondel since 2007.  As the receptionist at Kneisler & Schondel, she specializes in front office assistance and she is responsible for welcoming clients, answering phone calls, and support tasks.  Her favorite thing about working for Kneisler & Schondel is her coworkers and the atmosphere of the office, and helping clients.

Personal:

In her spare time, she enjoys soccer, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. Her favorite book is A Child Called It by Dave Pelzer.  Her favorite quote is “Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that.  Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that.” by Martin Luther King, Jr. When she is not busy working, she likes to getaway to Tahoe with her family.
